摘要
长沙中低速磁浮线路是国内首条自主设计、自主施工、自主制造、自主管理的具备完全自主知识产权的磁浮轨道交通线路。在该磁浮线路的忠武路特大桥段,线路下穿高压线密集区,左侧为机场高速,右侧因立设高压线杆使便道狭窄,造成磁浮轨道梁安装困难。此文针对现场实际情况,在阐述常规轨道梁施工方案的基础上,经比选和研究开发,提出将轨道梁侧向提升并横移就位的施工方案及工艺,经实践效果良好,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

The erection of maglev track beam of Zhognwulu super major bridge is difficult, because the bridge across the high tension line dense area, the airport expressway is on the left of the bridge, and the makeshift road narrows because of the erection of high voltage wire rod. According to the actual situation, the construction technology of lateral lift and lateral movement and installation of maglev track beam is proposed by comparing and studying the construction scheme of conventional track beam. The practice shows that the construction scheme has good effect and can be used as reference for similar projects.
