摘要
为了研究不同运动专项训练后对体育学院学生力量素质的影响,以扬州大学体育学院选修健美操、乒乓球、篮球、武术专项的大三学生共60人为测试样本,展开不同运动专项对大学生力量素质变化影响的测试与分析。以专项训练前与训练八周后各测试一次,测试内容为:握力、腿力、背力。通过力量指标采集及其针对这些指标数据的数理统计,分析大学生力量素质各项指标的变化与变化趋势,并对男女生进行分类研究,为大学生专项体育课提高力量素质方式的针对性、有效性提供理论依据。结果表明,四种不同的运动方式对大学生的力量素质提升都有较为显著地影响,尤其以提高腿部肌肉力量最为明显。
In order to research the influence of different sports on strength development of sport college students,this paper carries out a test among 60 junior college students from Yangzhou University sport college taking aerobics,table tennis,basketball and martial arts as elective. Grip strength,leg strength and back strength are tested right before and after 8 weeks' sport specific training. Based on data collected and data statistical count,the variation and variation trends of different strength indicators are analyzed,differences between genders are classified,which offers a theoretical basis for the pertinence and effectiveness for strength development by college sport specific training lessons. Results show that all 4 different exercises improve students' strength significantly,especially for leg strength.
