At present, the library books purchasing is facing the missing of the national book publishing information, the low rate of book borrowing, the readers recommendation is ineffective, e-books and paper books can＇t effectively integrate and so on. The new trend of book purchasing is to return to the time of order, improve the user participation, rely on the new technology and pay attention to the performance evaluation. The paper pointed out that the buyer should convert the role timely to become a talent as book purchasing member, PDA model intermediary member, data analyst, new technology practitioner and innovation service advocator.
