摘要
笔者结合国内各钢厂实际生产情况,设计了四重7辊液压压下矫直机,介绍了设备的技术规格,分析了换辊装置、主传动装置、矫直机本体三大部分设备结构及用途,该矫直机的矫直力由4台AGC液压缸提供,4个伺服阀分别控制4台AGC液压缸,压下速度快,控制精准,一旦遇到卡钢时可快速抬起,提高了钢厂车间生产效率,节约了生产线时间成本。
Combined with the production situation of domestic steel mills, the paper designs quadruple 7 roll hydraulic screw down straightening machine, introduces the technical specifications, structure and functions of the equipment. The straightening force is provided by four AGC hydraulic cylinders, the AGC hydraulic cylinders are controlled by four servo valves. It has great precision and can improve the production efficiency and save time costs for the steel plant.
