摘要
针对继电器控制系统在蒸发冷却空调(露点空气冷却器)中的应用,文章介绍了设计背景,阐述了系统需求设计和控制系统设计。根据继电器控制系统配置与原理,具体分析了供水喷淋、循环水喷淋、蒸发失水循环的工作过程,指出该系统有稳定可靠、成本低、通用性强、结构简单的优点,具有较高的推广应用前景和使用价值。
Based on the application of relay control system in evaporative cooling system, the paper describes the system requirement design and control system design, designs the workflow, configuration diagram and schematic of the relay control system, and analyses the working process of water supply spray, circulating water spray and evaporative water loss circulation. Then it points out the relay control system has the advantages of low cost, simple structure, low energy consumption, it can be widely used in future.
