Research Advances of Exercise Intervention Effect for Cancer Patients

摘要 本文在总结近年来国际主流文献关于运动与癌症关系的基础上,系统阐述运动对癌症患者的影响,指出运动干预改善了患者的身体适应性,包括肌肉力量、质量,心肺功能和骨质;进一步改善患者的循环代谢因子,免疫与炎症反应。同时指出现阶段研究中存在的问题,通过本文总结为以后的研究提供科学的理论依据和可行的研究方向。 This paper illustrates sport influence on cancer patients systematically by summarizing thesis themed on the relationship between sports and cancer published in international mainstream literatures in recent years,indicates that sports intervention can improve body adaptations of patients,including muscle strength and quality,cardiopulmonary function and bone density; even including patient's circulation factor,immune and inflammatory response. Meanwhile,the paper also indicates problems existing in present research,aims at providing theory basis and feasible research topics for later researches.
