高炉喷吹混合煤的燃烧特性及配比优化研究

摘要 试验研究了不同配比烟煤对混合煤燃烧性能、煤焦置换比及可磨性的影响。通过热重分析、沉降炉等试验,确定最优喷吹用煤配比,试验结果表明,添加烟煤,混合煤的燃烧性能及可磨性都得到改善,但煤焦置换比下降。试验最终确定45%A+15%B+40%C为最佳配比。 This paper describes the optimal bituminous coal ratio in new PIC system, studies the combustion efficiency,coal-to-coke replacement ratio and grindability. Then it adopts TGA and drop tube furnace industrial test. The results show that enhancing bituminous coal ration can notably improve combustion efficiency and grindability except coal-to-coke replacement ratio. The optimized program should be 45% of bituminous coal A+15% of anthracite coal B+40% of anthracite coal C.
