摘要
针对国内危化品物流安全监管的现状和互联网+与现代物流融合的趋势,揭示了连接、数据、协同和监管组织创新是驱动互联网+环境下危化品物流监管模式创新的核心机理。在此基础上,构建了由"互联网+危化品物流"监管大数据平台,和互联网+技术支撑、监管组织创新与协同监管、危化品物流服务全生命周期监管等三个维度构成的危化品物流安全监管模式,并对宁波镇海区危化品物流安全创新实践进行了实证研究。
Based on the analysis of the status of hazardous chemical product logistics safety supervision and the development trend of the fusion of internet plus and modern logistics, this paper revealed that core mechanism of hazardous chemical product logistics safety supervision mode innovation. Four core mechanisms including connection, data, collaboration, and supervision organization innovation were analyzed in detail. On the basis, the internet plus based hazardous chemical product logistics safety supervision mode was constructed which included one platform and three functional dimensions. One platform referred to the big data platform for internet plus hazardous chemical product logistics safety supervision. There functional dimensions were internet plus technical supporting system, supervision organization innovation and collaborative supervision, and the lifecycle safety supervision for hazardous chemical product logistics. Finally, the practice of hazardous chemical product logistics safety supervision in Zhenhai district was studied.
