村庄规划中居民点土地集约利用探析——以开化县苏庄村为例

A Study on Intensive Use of Rural Residential Land in Village Planning: A Case Study of Suzhuang Village of Kaihua County

农村居民点的土地集约利用,是现阶段我国农村土地集约利用的重点。文章以苏庄村村庄规划为例,通过分析土地集约利用的内涵和表现,以及开化县苏庄镇当前的现状和存在的问题,探讨了村庄规划中农村居民点土地集约利用的措施和方法。

At the present stage, intensive use of rural residential land is the focus of intensive use of rural land in China. Based on the analysis of connotation and manifestation of the intensive use of land,and the present situation and the existing problems in rural residential land used in Suzhuang town of Kaihua county, this article, taking the village planning of Suzhuang as an example, explored the measures and methods of rural residential land intensive use in village planning.
