摘要 基于ANSYS Workbench对一台20 k W电动汽车牵引用永磁同步电机的进行多物理分析。通过有限元仿真分析电磁振动的主体结构——定子铁心与绕组的径向振动模态,结合电磁力波的分析,评估电机的电磁振动/噪声特性;仿真电机高速运行时转子结构的离心应力和形变,定位电机转子结构动力学特性的薄弱环节,分析转子外缘形变对电机电磁场的影响,校核技术指标要求的最高转速的动力学特性,从离心应力角度预测样机的最高极限转速。 Muhiphysies Analysis of a 20 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicle drives was analyzed based on Ansys Workbench. Normal vibration modals of the main vibrating structure-stator core and winding were analyzed by FEM. Combined with the electromagnetic force wave analysis, electromagnetic vibration/noise characteristic was estimated of the motor. Rotor centrifugal stress and deformation at high speed operation were simulated to position the dynamics weaknesses of the rotor structure. Influence on electromagnetic field is analyzed of that deformation of rotor exterior margin. Dynamic characteristic of technically required maximum speed was verified, and the maximum limited speed of the motor was predicted from the centrifugal stress view.
