旧电机定子铁心老化检测和评价方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种检测方法,利用一个特制的铁心线圈测试定子铁心损耗,并提出电机铁心老化率LH的定义。通过对老化率的计算,分析判断铁心老化程度。其原理是基于电磁感应定律,建立一种电机定子铁心损耗的检测和分析方法;并设计以单片机为核心的铁心损耗检测装置,利用该装置可以对待修电机铁心进行检测。试验结果表明所提出的电机铁心老化检测方法具有可行性,实现了预期的效果。 A detection method which testing the iron-core by a special iron core coil was proposed and the aging degree of core was analyzed. Then defining the aging rate LH which we could analysis and judge the aging condition of core by calculating it. The principle was based on the electromagnetic induction principle and established a measurement analysis method of stator core loss. Designing a core loss detection device whose core was CPU and used it to test the repair motor. The results of experiment show that the presented aging testing method is feasible. The detection device can achieve the desired effect.
