摘要
在三氧化二铝陶瓷刀具中添加了不同含量的石墨烯,采用"球磨+烧结"的方法制备了石墨烯改性陶瓷刀具,并进行了硬度、力学性能和耐磨损性能的实验。研究发现:通过添加石墨烯有利于提高三氧化二铝陶瓷刀具的硬度、力学性能和耐磨损性能,且石墨烯最佳含量为1.5 wt%。
Al2O3 ceramic cutting tools were added with different contents of graphene, and the method of "ball milling plus sintering" was adopted to prepare graphene modified ceramic cutting tool. Following the experiments of the hardness, mechanical properties and wear resistance of samples were investigated. The main conclusions were obtained that addition of graphene helped to improve the hardness, mechanical properties and wear resistance of Al2O3 ceramic cutting tool, and the optimization content of graphene was 1.5 wt%.
