职业教育的“互联网+”方法论 被引量:12

“Internet + ” Methodology of Vocational Education

摘要 "互联网+"自提出以来,就对整个经济社会产生了深远影响。职业教育,作为直接服务经济发展的人才培养类型,如何对"互联网+"进行回应成为一个紧迫课题。本研究从"互联网+"给职业教育带来的机遇与挑战,应对的理念和方法论进行分析,提出具体的举措。认为"互联网+"的机遇在于产业转型升级带来实用性人才培养的新需求;挑战在于"互联网+"职业教育会对现有的机构运营模式和教学模式带来深刻变革,进而影响职教机构领导和教师转型;应对的理念变化在于要将互联网思维深刻融入机构运营中,尤其是免费思维、痛点思维、持续改进的微创新思维等,具体方法包括MOOC、微课、翻转课堂等。而要实现职业教育的"互联网+",最关键的是实现职业教育根本性的理念变革。 Since the concept of"Internet + "was put forward,it had a profound impact on the entire economy and society. Vocation education,as a direct service to economic development talent training type,how to respond to the"Internet + "become a pressing issue. Research from the opportunity and challenge of"Internet + "for vocation education,analyzes the idea and methodology to deal with it,puts forward specific measures. The author thinks that"Internet + "opportunity lies in the new requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading to bring practical personnel training; Challenge is"Internet + "vocation education brings profound changes of existing institutions operating mode and teaching mode,and thus affects the vocation education organization leadership and teachers' transformation; response of the concept change is to deeply integrate Internet thinking into the organization operation mode,especially the free thinking,pain points thinking,continuous improvement of the minimally invasive new thinking,etc. and specific methods including MOOC,micro class,flip the classroom etc.. In order to realize the vocation education"Internet + ",the key is to achieve fundamental vocation education operation philosophy transformation.
