摘要
探讨恒速梳理精梳机锡林定位工艺。在恒速梳理型精梳机上,有90°及111°两种齿面角的锡林可供选用,通常采用增大锡林梳理齿面角来提高梳理效果。在生产实践中,锡林梳理齿面角大小对钳板闭合定时、锡林定位及分离罗拉顺转定时有着严格的上机要求,调整不当会对精梳落棉质量、有效纤维的流失、精梳落棉率以及成纱质量均产生不利的影响。认为:优化锡林定位工艺,尤其是对于恒速梳理精梳机使用齿面角为111°锡林的三项工艺的优化选择,可降低生产成本、稳定成纱质量。
The cylinder positioning technology of constant speed comber was discussed. For constant speed comber,there are two cylinders available to use with gear face angle of 90°and 111°. The carding gear face angle of cylinder was always increased in order to improve the carding effect. In production, the size of cylinder gear face angle is strictly required on timing by nipper closing, cylinder positioning and timing by detaching roller veering. The improper adjusting have an adverse effect on the quality of comb noil, the loss of effective fiber, combing waste percentage and yarn quality. It is considered that the optimization of the cylinder positioning technology could decrease production cost and stabilize the yarn quality, especially the optimization and selection of the three technologies when the cylinder with lll^gear face angles is used on constant speed comber.
