经起花织物的设计与试织

Design and Weaving of Warp Effect Fabric

介绍经起花织物的设计方法与试织要点。分析了普通经起花织物存在的问题;通过改变花经颜色、与其他组织配合、增加组织循环数等,丰富了经起花织物的设计;通过改变经纬纱线密度、原料等,改变了经起花织物的外观;以某四方连续纹样为例,介绍了纹样组织设计、色彩配置、织物CAD模拟、上机图等,并进行了试织,最终成功确定了黑底黄绿花经作为最佳设计方案。认为:试织的纹样色彩鲜明,花纹清晰,可以用于抱枕、包等装饰类产品。

Design methods and weaving key points of warp fabric were introduced. Tbe problems that exist in the ordinary warp fabric were analyzed. The design of warp fabric was enriched by changing warp color, working with otber texture structure,adding the number of weave repetition,etc.. The appearance of warp fabric had been changed by changing yarn linear density and material, etc.. With a four consecutive pattern, for example, weave design of pattern,configuration of the colors,simulations of the fabric CAD and drafting arrangement etc. were in- troduced. The optimal design about yellow and green warp on the basis of black color had been finally determined successfully by weaving. It is considered that the weaving pattern have bright colors and clear patterns,can be used as the decorative product like pillow and bag etc..
