摘要
探讨不锈钢弹性起毛针布的研发应用。介绍了弹性起毛针布的结构,对起毛过程中钢针锈蚀断裂的机理进行分析,并对不锈钢钢丝与光面钢丝、镀锌钢丝的性能进行了对比。讨论了钢丝性能差异对针布制造工艺的影响,通过对现有针布制造工艺调整,研制生产出不锈钢弹性起毛针布,并投入了试验使用。结果表明:利用不锈钢钢丝制造的湿起毛针布,与光面钢丝、镀锌钢丝针布相比,可以保持长时间不生锈,有效防止或减缓针布断针,针布弹性恢复性能较好,延长了针布的使用寿命。认为:所开发不锈钢弹性起毛针布具有较好的使用性能,能够满足湿法起毛加工要求。
Research and application of stainless steel elastic raising wire clothing were discussed. The structure of elastic raising wire clothing was introduced. The mechanism that the needle were eroded and cracked in raising process was analyzed. The performances were compared among stainless steel wire, smooth steel wire and galvanized steel wire. The effects that the differences in the steel wire properties affected on the manufacturing process of wire cloth were discussed. Though adjusting the manufacturing processes of the existing wire cloth. the stainless steel elastic raising wire clothing was developed and put into experimental application. The results show that compare with smooth steel wire card cloth and galvanized steel wire card cloth, the elastic raising wire cloth is make up of stainless steel wire do not rust for long periods of time, effectively prevent or postpone wire breakage. The wire cloth has a heuer elasticity recovery capacity,the service life is prolonged. It is considered that stainless steel elastic raising wire cloth has a better performance and can meet the demands of wet raising processing.
