Survey analysis of the satisfaction in stomatological professional training

专业培训是陕西省口腔医学会的核心工作内容。为了解陕西省口腔医务工作者对学会组织专业培训的评价,我们选取153名参加陕西省口腔医学会专业培训的学员为调查对象,对课程设置、教学形式和效果、管理保障的满意度进行调查,对影响满意度的问题进行分析,以探讨提高学会专业培训满意度的对策。

The core mission for Shaanxi stomatological association is professional training. 153 participants of professional training. were included in a questionaice sunvey for their satisfaction on the course setting,teaching form,teaching efficiency and training management. On the basis of analyzing the influences for satisfaction degree,the survey discusses the measures of satisfaction improvement.
