摘要
论述了2014—2015年国内钢铁企业炼铁生产概况和生产技术经济指标变化,分析了我国钢企所面临的许多挑战,诸如:必须化解过剩产能与节能减排,必须应对原燃料质量下降和严格的环保要求,必须实现高效、安全和长寿生产等等。认为在当前形势下,更应遵循创新、减量、协调、绿色、开发(智能)、共享的发展理念,促进高炉炼铁技术的创新,例如:烧结-高炉配料一体化技术;拓展弱黏结煤和兰炭在炼焦、高炉喷吹、烧结固体燃料中的应用技术;自然镁烧结矿和镁质球团矿生产技术;高风温技术;高炉可视化控制技术;高炉长寿技术;以及高炉炉外脱硫技术等等,促进高炉炼铁生产实现低能耗、低排放、环境友好和转型升级。
In the paper production status and variation of production techno-economic index of domestic steel producers in 2014-2015 are introduced, accompanied by analysis on challenges the domestic steel producers faced, such as over capacity, energy saving, emission reduction, stringent environmental protection requirement under the condition of raw material and fuel degradation, as well as high efficiency, safety and long campaign production, etc. In view of such situation, the domes- tic steel producer shall follow the concept of technical innovation, output reduction, coordinated and green development ( in- telligence) as well as resource share, in order to promote innovation of BF ironmaking technology. Furthermore, some ad- vanced technologies shall be adopted, for example: integrated sintering and BF burden distribution; application of weakly bonded coal and semi-coke in coking, PCI injection for BF and sintering of solid fuel ; production of sinter with natural magnesium content and magnesia pellet ; high temperature blasting; BF visualization control; blast furnace long campaign; and desulfurization out of BF, etc. with the aim of realizing low consumption, low emission, environmental friendliness, product restructuring and upgrading.
