摘要
对首钢京唐1号高炉降低焦比冶炼实践进行了总结。面对严峻的市场形势,把降低入炉焦比作为降低生产成本、实现可持续发展的核心,1号高炉通过采取改善原燃料质量、降低入炉料有害元素、采用氧煤枪喷吹技术、改善煤气利用、降低A系统水温差、降低高炉压差水平等措施,入炉焦比降幅超过20kg/t,燃料比稳定在480—485kg/t,高炉冶炼水平得到极大提升,技术经济指标持续改善。
The smelting practice of Shougang Jingtang's No. 1 BF with reducing coke ratio is summarized. Facing stringent market situation, reduction of coke ratio becomes the core task for lowering the production cost and achieving sustainable development. By means of improving quality of raw material and fuel, reducing harmful elements of burden, applying injection technology via oxygen-coal lance, improving gas utilization, decreasing water temperature difference in system A and reducing BF differential pressure, the coke ratio of BF falls by more than 20 kg/t and fuel ratio keeps at 480 - 485 kg/t, signifying great upgrading of blast furnace smelting level and techno-economics index.
