拆除与再造:新闻编辑部和商业模式的重建——美国《达拉斯晨报》的数字化转型及启示 被引量：3

摘要 《达拉斯晨报》是覆盖达拉斯-沃斯堡特大城市群的美国区域性大报,几起几落的数字化转型使它逐步建立了适应数字出版的编辑部工作流程,引入并运用新兴工具提高了采编工作效率,新的商业模式探索也卓有成效。该报2015年中期铺开的"拆除与再造"数字化转型为美国业内人士广泛关注,被认为是建立了"真正意义上的数字化新闻编辑部"的改革。本文拟梳理《达拉斯晨报》数字化转型历程,重点分析"拆除与再造"改革如何推动该报数字化转型取得成效,并提出对我国同行的一点启示。
