高剂量表阿霉素的CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤

Treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with CHOP comprising of high dose epirubicin

目的 :观察高剂量表阿霉素组成的CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)的疗效及其不良反应。方法 :表阿霉素 90 5mg/m2 组成的CHOP方案治疗 30例淋巴瘤患者。结果 :完全缓解 73 3% ,部分缓解 2 6 7%。主要副反应为骨髓抑制 ,表现为白细胞下降 ,对血小板及血红蛋白的影响轻微 ;急性心脏毒性不明显 ,未见其它严重不良反应。结论 :以高剂量表阿霉素组成的CHOP方案治疗NHL疗效高。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and side effects of CHOP comprising of high dose epirubicin in the treatment of non Hodgkin's lymphoma. Methods:30 patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma were treated with CHOP comprising of epirubicin 90 5 mg/m 2 body area. Results:Complete remission is 73 3%, partial remission is 26 7%. The chief side effects is myelosuppression, acute cardiotoxicity and other serious side effects are not observed. Conclusion:CHOP comprising of high dose epirubicin is safe and highly effective in the treatment of non Hodgkin's lymphoma.
