大数据时代情报危机的发展演变及其应对策略研究

Research on the Development and Coping Strategies of Information Crisis in the Era of Big Data

大数据带来的社会变革已经引起了社会各领域的高度重视。本文首先立足于情报学从大科学时代的情报爆炸到大数据时代的情报危机的发展历程,并以此为切入点,界定了大数据时代情报危机的概念、成因、及其表现形式,最后通过梳理科学研究、政府公共管理、企业管理三个领域对情报活动的实践情况,揭示了这三大领域在大数据时代情报危机环境下的各自应对策略。

All areas of the society have paid much attention to the social revolution which is brought by the Big Data. Firstly, based on the development of Information Science from the Information Explosion in the era of Big Science to the Information Crisis in the era of Big Data, this paper proposed the definition, formation reasons and manifestation of the Information Crisis. And then, through the analysis of information activities＇ practicing situation in the areas of scientific research, governmental public management and enterprise management, this paper pointed these three main areas＇ coping strategies in the environment of information crisis.
