2型糖尿病中医病因病机理论框架结构研究

基于中医经典、官修和医家著作及现代进展与成果,深入研究和具体阐明2型糖尿病的中医病因、病机理论框架,总结其内在发展规律。2型糖尿病中医病位在五脏,以肺、脾(胃)、肝、肾为主;阴虚或气虚为本,痰浊血瘀为标,多虚实夹杂。阴虚血脉运行涩滞、气虚鼓动无力、痰浊阻滞、血脉不利等都可形成瘀血,痰浊是瘀血形成的病理基础,且二者相互影响,瘀血贯穿2型糖尿病始终,是并发症发生和发展的病理基础;痰浊瘀血又可损伤脏腑,耗伤气血,使病变错综复杂。

Through the research on traditional Chinese medicine,official and doctors work and modern progress and achievements,demonstrated that the etiology,pathogenesis theory framework of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The location of T2 DM in lung,spleen viscera,（ stomach）,liver,kidney. Yin deficiency is the present,phlegm and blood stasis is the subject,often mixed with the actual situation. Phlegm is the pathological basis of the formation of blood stasis. Blood stasis has been throughout the whole process of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
