摘要
姜作为胃肠病治疗处方中的常用药物,种类可分为生姜、干姜、炮姜和姜炭,因炮制方法不同,故其性味、归经及主治特点各异。文章总结唐旭东教授治疗胃肠病用姜之经验,从胃肠疾病特点、各类姜之性味趋性及所主病证等角度进行论述,以期为胃肠病临证用姜提供思路。
Zingiber are commonly used in gastroenterology treatment prescriptions. The types of Zingiber can be divided into ginger,dried ginger,roasted ginger and ginger charcoal. Due to the different processing methods,so the flavor of Zingiber and their function positions are different. This article summarized the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders with Professor Tang Xudong’s experience,from gastrointestinal disease and Zingiber characteristics,so as to provide ideas for gastrointestinal disease clinical with ginger.
