我国“中医外交”初探

A Primary Study on China's TCM Diplomacy

近年来我国政府采取了一系列措施推动中医药"走出去","中医外交"的呼声越来越高。中医药倡导的价值体系具有很高的普适性,深度契合了我国传统的外交理念。随着我国越来越多参与中医药国际合作,我国外交人士在越来越多外交场合宣传中医药文化,中医药走进越来越多外国政要的医疗保健生活,"中医外交"实践取得了一些可喜的成绩。当然,"中医外交"还存在概念不成熟等问题。

Chinese government has taken a sequence of measures in promoting the Going Global of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） in the recent years,the voice to conduct TCM Diplomacy is steadily growing accordingly. The value system that TCM advocates is of high universality and deeply agrees with the diplomatic concepts that China’s traditional diplomacy has been proposing. As Chinese national leaders participate in an increasing number of TCM international co- operations,more and more Chinese diplomats publicize traditional Chinese medical culture on many more diplomatic occasions and TCM is integrated into the medical and health care of more and more foreign dignitaries,TCM diplomatic practice has made some gratifying achievements. Inevitably,there are still a few problems faced with TCM Diplomacy,like the concept of TCM Diplomacy is not mature enough,etc.
