创伤性脑损伤药物临床试验现状与研究趋向 被引量：5

摘要 创伤性脑损伤（traumaticbraininjury，TBI）病死率和致残率均位列创伤性疾病之首。近30多年来，许多研究者和药物研发机构投入巨大的精力和资金研究开发安全有效的TBI治疗药物，但迄今为止，全部Ⅲ期TBI药物临床试验均以阴性结果告终。为何TBI药物动物实验和临床前研究效果满意，但临床转化却都失败？这一问题引起广泛关注和高度重视。笔者分析TBI药物临床试验的现状，探讨TBI药物临床试验未来研究趋向。
