摘要
以稀土(La3+、Sm3+、Dy3+)的氯化物和芦丁为原料,在乙醇溶液中合成稀土-芦丁配合物。测试了芦丁及其配合物的紫外光谱、红外光谱和荧光光谱,并将其应用于棉织物的抗菌整理中。结果表明:芦丁与稀土离子形成了配合物。三种配合物整理的棉织物经水洗15次后,对大肠埃希菌、金黄葡萄球菌和白念珠菌的抑菌率均达98.8%以上,效果显著。
With rare earth metal (La3+ ,Sm3+, Dy3+) chloride and rutin as raw materials, the rare earth-rutin complexes are synthesized in ethanol solution, and then applied to antibacterial finishing of cotton fabric. The UV, IR and fluorescence spectra of rutin and its complexes are tested. The results show that desirable complexes are synthesized with rutin and rare earth ions. Cotton fabrics finished with three kinds of complexes respectively have significant bacteria inhibition after 15 times washing, and the inhibition rate against Escherichia coil, Staphylococcus aureus or Candida albicans reaches more than 98.8%.
