摘要
建立了一种快速筛选纺织品中禁用偶氮染料的方法。通过改变现行标准方法中的浸润时间、浸润试剂和剥色方法,缩短检测时间。该方法称样量是标准方法的1/5,有机溶剂的使用量降低至标准的1/40,利用加速溶剂萃取装置,将剥色时间缩短到标准的1/3。
A testing method is developed to rapidly determine the banned azo dyes in textiles. The testing time is shortened by selection of wetting time, wetting agent and color stripping method. Compared with standard methods, the sample mass of this method can reduce to 1/5 and the amount of organic solvent can reduce to 1/40. With the accelerated solvent extraction apparatus, this method shortens the stripping time to one third of the standard time.
