摘要
调度控制系统中AGC机组控制模式依靠人工决策修改的方式,已经无法满足电网实时平衡和多复杂工况下的调节需求。文章首先根据AGC机组控制模式的负荷扰动调节特点,对机组控制模式进行归类分析;然后提出适应电网正常和紧急2种工况的控制模式自动转换方案,提出适应CPS标准的调节备用需求模型和模式转换策略,策略兼顾负荷趋势调整和平衡控制双重目标,实现对机组控制角色的自适应转换和调节容量的优化调控;通过大功率缺失扰动下满足CPS/DCS标准的调节备用需求分析,提出紧急功率控制模式转换策略,通过扩充紧急功率控制调节容量,以快速支援电网功率恢复。最后通过算例分析验证了所述方法的有效性。
Manual change of automatic generation control(AGC) unit mode in traditional dispatching and control could not satisfy regulation requirement of real-time balance and multiple complex conditions. This paper summarizes and classifies AGC unit's control mode to analyze its characteristics of load regulation in system disturbance. Then a general scheme of automatic control mode change is proposed to adapt to normal and emergency system conditions. Reserve model and mode change strategy for control performance standard(CPS) is proposed to optimize unit's roles and regulating capacity meeting load regulating and balancing control requirements. Mode change strategy for emergency power control is proposed to expand regulating capacity of emergency power control to support fast power recovery with regulating constrains for CPS and disturbance control standard(DCS) analysis after large power supply outage. Validity of the proposed method is proved with a test case study.
