摘要 500 k V电网短路电流水平的不断提高,严重影响了电力系统的安全稳定运行,为此,提出了短路电流抑制策略优化决策方法来确定抑制短路电流的方案。该优化决策选取短路电流、潮流分布、暂态稳定以及成本作为评价指标进行综合评价,并且以短路电流大小、潮流熵、端口供给能量和措施成本定量描述评价指标,为避免单一赋权法的局限性,采用相对熵组合赋权法确定各评价指标的权重,得到短路电流抑制方案的综合评价值进而确定最优方案。仿真算例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。 With increasing short-circuit current level for 500 k V power grids, safe and stable operation of power system is seriously threatened. In this paper, an optimal decision is proposed to determine scheme restraining short-circuit current. This optimal decision chooses short-circuit current, power flow distribution, transient stability and cost as its indexes to comprehensively evaluate each scheme, and short-circuit current, power flow entropy, energy supply on port and cost of measures are used as quantitative indexes. To avoid limitation of single weighting method, combinatorial weighting method of relative entropy is used to determine weight for each evaluation index. Comprehensive assessment values of restraining short-circuit current schemes are obtained and optimal scheme is determined. Feasibility and practicality of the proposed method are verified with a simulation example.
