摘要
通过总结近年来有代表的相关活动和评论、科学共同体宣言、权威出版物评论文章、科研人员的应用实践以及美国国家信息标准组织(NISO)和英国高等教育基金会(HEFCE)的大规模考察报告,分析新兴科技评价指标altmetrics是否可以同其他文献计量指标一起应用到科研评价与管理领域。
Through summarizing the important discussion, the application and the empirical case, such as declaration of scientific community, reviews from authoritative publication, various practice of researchers, and large-scale discussion and assessment from NISO initiative project and REF2014 steering group, analyzed whether the altmetric indicators are currently as robust and sufficient as bibliometrics indicators to be applied in research assessment and management.
