Constructing and Examining the First-Class University Strategic Talent Development Index

从战略人才存量和战略人才发展制度的"双轮驱动"角度,构建国内一流大学战略人才发展指数。基于12类战略人才状况及人才发展制度问卷调查结果,得出42所国内一流大学战略人才发展指数,并将该指数与武书连版和中国校友会网中国大学排名进行比较分析,结果显示该指数与其他两大排名具有一定契合性,同时在评估特色突出、学科优势雄厚的高校方面具有独特的贡献;将其与杰出校友、毕业生质量、创新力、科研经费和综合声誉等进行相关性分析,结果显示该指数具有较高有效性。

The strategic talent development index of first-class university in China is based on the ＂two-wheel driven＂ point of strategic talent stock and development system. The index is calculated from the status of 12 strategic talents and the result of talent development system survey. Comparing the index with university ranking of Wu Shulian and Chinese Alumni Network, we find that the index is coincident to the other two ranking. At the same time, the index has a unique contribution to evaluate the special universities that have outstanding characteristics and subject advantages. Carrying out Correlation analysis to the index with the outstanding alumni, graduates quality, innovation, research funds, reputation, the results showed that the index with high effectiveness.
