我国职业教育校企合作正式制度建设的沿革与评析

Evolution and Evaluation of Construction of Formal Enterprise Engagement System in Vocational Education in China

作为一个动态复杂的过程,职业教育校企合作正式制度的形成和运行都需要基于一定的环境条件,这些环境条件表现为有形条件与无形条件的互动组合。计划经济时期,该制度建设呈现出成型快、落实快、运行快的特点,这主要得益于高度集中的"计划经济"体制及当时社会的意识形态使然;经济体制转型期,该制度建设既沿袭了计划经济体制下的某些特征,又开掘出社会主义市场经济体制下的某些形态;社会主义市场经济体制完善时期,职业教育校企合作正式制度建设成果更为丰富,但执行和落实困难较大,同时缺少监督和评估,迫切需要调整和完善。

As a complex and dynamic process, the enterprise cooperation system in vocational education which are characterized by interactive combination of formation and running of the formal university- needs tangib to be based on certain environmental conditio le and intangible conditions. During the period BS~ of planned economy, the construction of the system is characterized by ＂three fast＂ of forming fast, carrying out fast and running fast, which contributes to the highly centralized ＂planned economy＂ system and the ideology of the society at that time. During the economic transformation period,the construction of the system not only follows part of characteristics of planned economy system, but also digs out some forms under the socialist market economy system. During period of perfecting socialist market economy system, more abundant achievements has been achieved in the formal system construction, however, there are great difficulties in carrying out them. Meanwhile, the monitoring and evaluation is insufficient.It is urgent and necessary to adjust and perfect the conditions for formal system construction.
