摘要
高校学生干部是学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分,也对大学生自身的成长与发展具有重要意义,是一项可获得回报的人力资本投资。研究根据江西省"高校学生组织发展现状调查"的2874份问卷数据,分析了大学生家庭背景和个人特征对担任学生干部机会的影响。研究发现学生获得干部机会不但与个人特征相关,而且受到家庭背景的显著影响。其中个人特征方面的性别、学习成绩、学历层次、政治身份和以往的学生干部经历是获得大学生干部机会的显著影响因素;在家庭背景方面,家庭父母的学历层次、职业地位越高,家庭社会关系越广泛,子女越有可能在大学中担任学生干部;是否担任学生干部与家庭经济状况无关。研究认为高校需要进一步完善学生干部选拔机制,有效选拔那些品学兼优,但家庭背景没有优势,父母学历和职业地位低下,家庭社会关系不广泛的学生到干部队伍中。
Experience of being a student cadre is very important to students' self development and growth and ideological political work in college, which is also a rewarding investment of human capital. Based on analysis of 2874 questionnaires on the work status of admitting new college student party members in Jiangxi province, the study explores the influence of opportunities for serving as college student cadre from student individual and family background perspective. The results have shown that student individual characteristics, gender, academic grades, educational level, political identity and experiences as student cadre are all significant factors; The higher parents' educational level and occupational status and the broader families' social networks, the more likely students will serve as college student cadre; However no correlation between serving student cadre and families' economic conditions. Therefore, opportunities for serving as college student cadre are associated with not only the student individual characteristics but also family background. Colleges should further perfect the picking mechanism of college student cadres and try to select more excellent students with modest family backgrounds.
