摘要
目的:探索构建住院药师师资实践教学能力培训与考核体系。方法:针对师资和住院药师开展本底调研和师生双向评价,再基于需求进行带教能力培训,然后进行理论和实践带教考核,最后总结反馈,并将构建的考核模式在北京市住院药师规范化培训基地动态评估中应用。结果:初步构建了师生双向评价标准、实践带教考核模式和实践带教方案及其评价标准。创建的师资自命题模式、实践带教考核评分标准以及学员评分标准在北京市得以推广应用。结论:通过师资培训和考核体系构建,提高了住院药师师资的专业技能和教学能力,为培养合格住院药师提供了师资保障,为北京市住院药师规范化培训基地动态评估提供了良好借鉴。
OBJECTIVE To construct a training and assessment system on practice teaching ability for preceptors of pharmacy residencies.METHODS Background investigation and mutual evaluation were carried out in preceptors and pharmacy residencies.Teaching ability was trained based on needs.Theory and practice levels were evaluated.Feedback was given to preceptors.Assessment model was applied in dynamic assessment of Beijing standardized training base of pharmacy residencies.RESULTS Preceptors and residencies mutual evaluation criteria,pharmacy practice teaching evaluation pattern and practice teaching plans and corresponding evaluation criteria were formulated.Autonomous proposition pattern by preceptors themselves,evaluation criteria on practice teaching and residencies assessment criteria created by our hospital were popularized to dynamic assessment in Beijing area.CONCLUSION Training and assessment system can improve professional skills and teaching ability of preceptors of pharmacy residencies,and provide a guarantee for training qualified pharmacy residencies and a good reference for dynamic assessment on Beijing’s standardized training base of pharmacy residencies.
