利巴韦林注射液与48种药物的配伍稳定性研究

Stable analysis of ribavirin injection blended with other 48 drugs

目的:分析利巴韦林注射液与48种药物配伍后的稳定性变化情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用"知网、维普、万方数据库",输入关键词"利巴韦林注射液、配伍、稳定性"检索1989-2015年间有关利巴韦林注射液与其他药物配伍稳定性研究文献进行分析。结果:利巴韦林与氨苄西林钠舒巴坦钠配伍后外观随时间延长由无色变为淡黄色、pH值、含量变化较大,与多烯磷脂酰胆碱配伍后立刻出现橙黄色沉淀,与其他药物配伍后在外观、pH值、含量等方面无明显变化。结论:利巴韦林与氨苄西林钠舒巴钠配伍后稳定性较差,与多烯磷脂酰胆碱不宜配伍,与其他46种药物在一定时间内可配伍使用。

OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for clinical rational drug use by stable analysis of ribavirin injection blended with other 48 drugs.METHODS By using CNKI,VIP and Wanfangdata,keywords including ＂ribavirin injection,compatibility and stability＂ were retrieved from 1989 to 2015 for literatures on compatibility studies on ribavirin injection and other drugs.RESULTS When ribavirin injection was blended with ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium,the mixture would have color changed from colorless to yellowish,pH value and content changed greatly,as time prolonged.Orange precipitation was produced when ribavirin injection was blended with polyene phosphatidyl choline.No obvious change was observed in appearance,pH value and contents when ribavifin injection was blended with other drugs.CONCLUSION Ribavirin injection has poor stability after blended with ampicillin sodium or sulbactam sodium,and poor compatibility with polyene phosphatidyl choline.Ribavirin injection can be used with other 46 drugs within certain periods.
