摘要
文章使用1999-2012年教育统计数据,从公共投入与非货币化收益两个角度,对我国与OECD国家高等教育进行全方位的比较。比较结果表明:我国高等教育总体规模远低于OECD国家,应继续加大高等教育的投入;我国在初等教育、中等教育和高等教育等三级教育投入上不合理,应积极地调整我国教育投入结构;我国和OECD国家均面临高等教育中来自弱势群体学生比例偏低问题。
From the aspect of public investment and non- monetary benefits of higher education,we compare deeply between China and OECD countries using the data of educational statistics from 1999 to 2012. The result of comparison shows: The size of higher education in China is lower than in OECD countries,we should increase investment of higher education; the educational investment is unreasonable between primary education,secondary education and tertiary education,we should adjust the investment structure;students from disadvantaged socio- economic backgrounds are strongly underrepresented in higher education in China and OECD countries.
