国外校企合作中的高等教育改革模式与经验借鉴

Higher Education Reform Modes in University- enterprise Cooperation Abroad and Its Inspiration for China

教育是一个国家的立国之本,为国家的发展提供不竭动力。高等教育为国家发展培养大量高素质的各科人才。各国政府对于高等教育的改革和发展都给予很大的重视。校企合作的高等教育办学模式在国外应用广泛,并且取得显著成就,我国受传统教育的影响较大,已经阻碍高等教育的发展,而国外校企合作的办学模式为我国高等教育的改革指明方向。文章着重介绍国外校企合作的办学模式以及我国高等教育的弊端,进而总结出国外办学的经验和方法,为我国高等教育的改革和发展提供依据。

Education is the foundation of a country,which provides an inexhaustible motive force for the development of the country. The development of higher education in the nation has trained a large number of high- quality talents in all trades. Therefore,governments of each country give much attention to higher education reform and its development. The mode of running higher education schools university- enterprise cooperation has been widely applied in foreign countries,and remarkable achievements have been made.This mode is greatly influenced by the traditional education in China and it has hindered the development of higher education,but foreign running mode of university- enterprise cooperation show the direction for China＇s higher education reform. This paper introduces the modes of university- enterprise cooperation in other countries,and gives a brief account of the disadvantages of China＇s higher education,then summarizes the foreign experience and methods,which provides the basis for China＇s higher education reform and development.
