摘要
应用型本科高校多数是地方高校,其主要任务是为所在区域经济社会培养人才。教师作为与区域经济社会的互动主体,其建设与发展遗失地方色彩,存在同质化倾向,这与应用型本科高校主要为地方经济社会建设服务的主要目的不是太契合。文章以某应用型本科高校为例,通过问卷的形式展开调研,从教师的来源及教育背景等方面入手并结合影响教师队伍发展的客观因素及教师发展的主观诉求,以期对应用型本科高校的教师队伍建设与发展方面提供一个可以"见微知著"的案例。
Applied universities are mostly local universities,and their major task is to cultivate talents for regional economic development. The teachers,as the interactive main body with regional economic society,are in homogenization with other regions in construction and development. Thus,it is not corresponded to the major task. By taking one applied university as an example,a survey is conducted in a questionnaires to collect the data about the source of teachers,the education background and other aspects,objective development factor and subjective development demands,which is intended to provide a"modest beginning"case with giving lessons to construct and develop the teaching staff in applied universities.
