摘要
职业继续教育是职业教育体系的重要组成部分,对提升职业教育为产业服务功能具有不可替代的作用。通过采用扎根理论对浙江15所高职院校的相关资料分析,在经验资料基础上,提炼初始概念并将其范畴化,最终得到核心范畴,获取职业继续教育发展的核心要素,为提出职业院校构建继续教育体系提供支持。
As the important part of vocational education system,continuing vocational education plays an irreplaceable role in promotion of the industrial service which is provided by vocational education. This paper,by virtue of the grounded theory,analyzes the related data of 15 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province,refines the original definition,makes the definition categorized,gets the core categorization,acquires the core elements of vocational continuing education development,and provides support for the idea that vocational colleges construct continuing education system.
