90后大学生幸福感的影响因素及教育策略 被引量:14

摘要 幸福感是衡量大学生生活质量的重要综合性心理指标。文章对360名在校大学生进行幸福指数调查,并结合对12名学生深度访谈的方法,分析90后大学生幸福感现状和影响因素,在此基础上探索性地提出高校开展幸福教育方法和途径。影响90后大学生幸福感的因素主要有人格特征、自我效能感、归因倾向等主观因素和家庭教养、学校教育、人际关系和社会支持等客观因素。高校应重视大学生幸福感的教育,通过树立正确的幸福观、培养健全的人格、丰富校园文化和开设"幸福课"等方式提升大学生的幸福感。 Happiness sense is an important comprehensive psychological index,which measures the quality of the college students' life. Based on the investigation and analysis of happiness index of 360 college students and the depth interview of 12 students,this paper investigates the generation after 1990 college students' happiness status and influence factors. And on that basis,this paper proposes some ways to conduct the happiness education in colleges and universities. The influence factors include subjective factors,such as personality,self- efficacy,and attribution,they also include objective factors,such as family education,school education,interpersonal relationship and social support. Colleges and universities should pay attention to students' happiness education and organize some activities to improve the happiness of college students,such as setting up right concepts of happiness,cultivating healthy personality,enriching the campus culture and establishing the happiness course and so on.
