摘要
国内一些高校少数民族学生工作存在培养模式难以适应学生需要,涉及民族和宗教问题难于把握,以及工作针对性和系统性不强等问题。文章在总结少数民族学生特点和高校少数民族学生工作现实困难的基础上,借鉴国外对少数族裔的管理经验,提出加快推进少数民族权益保障和依法管理的法制建设,探索高校人才培养模式的柔性转变,系统规划少数民族学生工作等对策。
The management of some ethnic minority college students in China is now facing the problems such as the inconsistency between the current talent cultivation model and students' real needs,the difficulty in handling the subtle ethnic or religious issues and the lack of relevance and systematicness in management. Based on the summary of these students' characteristics and factual difficulties in managing them,this paper,referring to foreign experience in managing this group of students,proposes to accelerate the legislation of protecting the ethnic minority college students' rights and their management in accordance with law,meanwhile attempts to study measures of flexible transformation of talent cultivation model in college and explores systematical planning to manage ethnic college students.
