摘要
结合出行链的概念,对电动汽车(EV)一周的出行活动及充电过程进行动态仿真。在此基础上,提出一种基于用户出行需求的EV充电站优化规划模型。该模型考虑充电站布局对EV充电需求空间分布的影响,以EV群体空驶成本最小化为目标进行充电站选址,以充电站的周最大充电负荷确定建设容量,并选取建设成本最小和充电桩利用率最大的规划方案,兼顾运营商和EV用户的利益。以一个典型的城区为例,验证了该规划模型的可行性和有效性。
With the concept of tripa week are dynamically simulatedchain,the travel and charging activities of EVs(Electric Vehicles) duringand an optimal planning model of EV charging stations is establishedbased on the travel demand of customers,which considers the influence of charging station distribution onthe spatial distribution of EV charging demand,takes the minimum empty driving cost of all EVs as theobjective to locate the charging stations,determines the capacity of a charging station according to itsmaximum charging load during a week,selects the planning scheme with the minimum construction cost andthe maximum charging pile utilization rate,and takes the interests of both operators and EV customers intoaccount. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by the case study for a typicalurban area.
