摘要
研究了分布式电源接入配电网最大准入容量确定方法。从配电网接纳分布式电源的角度出发,在考虑节点电压约束的前提下,建立了含负荷不确定性的分布式电源接入配电网最大准入容量的双层规划数学模型,通过适当的变换将求解双层规划问题变成求解多次单层规划的问题,然后提出采用可信赖域序列二次规划算法来求解变换后的单层规划问题。为验证所提方法,对IEEE 33节点系统算例进行了仿真,结果表明所提算法能较好地求解分布式电源接入配电网最大准入容量的问题。
A method for determining the maximal allowable penetration capacity of DG(DistributedGeneration) in distribution network is investigated. For the DG accommodation of distribution network,amathematical bi-level programming model for calculating the maximal allowable DG penetration capacity isbuilt with the consideration of load uncertainty and voltage constraint. By appropriate transformations,the bi-level programming model is converted into multiple single-level programming models,which are then solvedby the trust region sequential quadratic programming algorithm. The proposed method is verified by thesimulation for IEEE 33-bus with DGs and the simulative results show that the maximal allowable DGpenetration capacity in distribution network is better determined by the proposed algorithm.
