胃代食管术后吻合口瘘带膜支架置入疗效分析

Clinical Analyses of silicone-coated Metallic Esophageal stent for Postoperative Anastomotic Fistula Due To Gastroesophagostomy

目的 :探讨食管带膜支架在治疗胃代食管术后吻合口瘘中的作用及临床意义。方法 :对 16例食管带膜支架置入组与 13例常规处理对照组进行疗效比较 ,统计以 χ2 处理。结果 :支架组与对照组治愈率分别为 87 5 0 % (14 / 16 )和5 3 85 % (7/ 13) ,两组间疗效比较有显著差异性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;支架组较对照组平均住院缩短 2 7天 ,平均处置费用减少 33 6 7%。结论 :带膜支架在治疗食管癌、贲门癌胃代食管术后吻合口瘘中有明显的优越性 ,起到确切疗效、缩短住院天数、快速解除病人痛苦、提高生存质量及减少住院费用的作用 ;同时 ,安全。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and significance of silicone coated metallic esophageal stent to treat postoperative anastomotic fistula due to gastroesophagostomy.Methods:16 cases of silicone coated metallic esophageal stent placement and 13 cases of routine treatment as controlled group were statistically compared.Results:The cure rate of the stent group and controlled group were 87 50%(14/16) and 53 85%(7/13) respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups( P <0 05). The average in hospital period of the stent group were 27 days shorter than the controlled group, and about 33 67% of the treatment cost was reduced.Conclusion:Silicone coated metallic stent had great advantage for the treatment of postoperative anastomotic fistula. The result was satisfactory.
