New Method to Synthesize 4,5-Disubstituted-1,2,3-(NH)-triazoles

摘要 三氮唑类化合物因具有广泛的生物活性,在药物化学、材料化学以及生物缀合等领域有非常广泛的应用前景。而目前在合成目标化合物时,大多合成步骤多且转化率较低,因此开发一种新型合成目标化合物的方法显得尤其重要。使用Pd/C和CO2气体催化二氢查尔酮与叠氮钠,合成目标化合物。该方法条件简单、底物易得、绿色环保。 Since triazoles compounds has extensive biological activities,it has very broad application prospect in the fields of medicinal chemistry,material chemistry,bioconjugation and so on.However,more steps are needed in most synthesis of 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles compounds currently and the conversion rate is low,so it is very important to develop a new method to synthesize 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles compounds.This work uses Pd/C and CO2 gas to catalyze dihydrogenchalcone ketones and sodium azide to synthesize 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles compounds.Conditions of this method are simple,the substrate is accessible and it is green and environmental protection.
