西洛他唑预防脑梗死的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 近30年来,脑血管疾病发病率持续偏高,具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率的特点,其中以脑梗死更为常见。而脑神经细胞难以再生性,因此脑梗死防治中,应以＂防＂为主。预防脑梗死主要包括抗血小板聚集、抑制并逆转动脉粥样硬化、控制血压、血糖和血脂等。西洛他唑作为选择性PDE III抑制剂,距1980年大冢在日本申请专利以来,至今已有25年研究历史,
