摘要
教学反思是外语教师实现自我专业成长的有效途径。采用叙事性个案研究方法,追踪一高职青年英语教师教学反思与其专业成长的关系。其叙事性研究表明:主动对课堂与教学进行反思能促进高职青年英语教师课堂实践能力的提升;以学生为中心的教学反思能推动高职青年教师积极采取行动研究以促进自己的教学和学生的学习;积极的情感态度是高职青年英语教师专业发展的重要基础。
Teaching reflection is an effective way for foreign language teachers to realize their professional development. In this paper, the author applies the narrative case study research method, tracing the relationship between a young higher vocational English teacher' s teaching reflection as well as her professional development. Based on the qualitative narrative research data, the paper finds out that the initiative to reflect the classroom teaching can promote the improvement of the young higher vocational English teacher' s classroom practice competency; the student-centered teaching reflection can motivate the young higher vocational English teacher to actively take action research for the purpose of promoting her teaching and students' learning; this study also discovers that holding a positive emotional attitude is significant basis for the professional development of young higher vocational english teacher.
