摘要
高职院校师资队伍内涵建设,不仅要关注师资队伍建设的质量、特色和优势,还应关注师资队伍建设的持久发展。高职院校师资队伍内涵建设指标体系应有三个维度,即优势性、可持续性及协调性。比较分析发现,每个维度下两种指标体系有各自的优势与不足,应互补运用两种指标体系,以加强高职院校师资队伍内涵建设。
The connotation construction of higher vocational colleges' faculty should not only be focused on its quality, characteristics and advantages, but also on its sustainable development. The index system for this construction should include three dimensions: advantage, sustainability and coordination. This paper, by adopting the method of comparison and analysis, makes an analysis of the features of the two index systems under each dimension, and comes to the conclusion that it benefits the construction that the index systems should be complimentarily implemented.
