On the Policy Deficiencies and Remedies of the Implementation of Teacher Qualification Examination

摘要 教师资格的国家考试具有社会功能性价值和个体发展性价值。教师资格考试政策实施需要相应的制度保障。为了顺利有效地实施教师资格考试政策,避免教师教育专业学习的应试化,需要建立和完善教师教育学科制度、教师资格考试申请人的专业教育制度及教师培养的专业质量保障制度,进一步明晰教师资格考试与教师教育、教师资格考试的命题与教师教育课程的关系。 The implementation of Teacher Qualification Examination Policy has values of social function and individual development,which requires appropriate institutional assurance,but in fact there are lacks of institution of teacher education discipline,alternative teacher education program of the applicants and professional quality assurance of teacher preparation.In order to effectively implement the policy of teacher qualification examination and avoid the examination oriented education of professional learning,it is necessary to establish them.Meanwhile it is also need to clarify the relationships between teacher qualification examination and teacher education,and between teacher qualification examination proposition and teacher education curriculum further.
