The implementation of Teacher Qualification Examination Policy has values of social function and individual development,which requires appropriate institutional assurance,but in fact there are lacks of institution of teacher education discipline,alternative teacher education program of the applicants and professional quality assurance of teacher preparation.In order to effectively implement the policy of teacher qualification examination and avoid the examination oriented education of professional learning,it is necessary to establish them.Meanwhile it is also need to clarify the relationships between teacher qualification examination and teacher education,and between teacher qualification examination proposition and teacher education curriculum further.
